Botarly provides digital services (appointment booking chatbot and automation tools).
Since these are digital solutions, once the service is activated or delivered, it cannot be physically returned.
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
Payment made but service not delivered within the agreed time frame.
Any valid technical issue caused solely by Botarly that prevents service usage.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect information provided by the customer.
Failure to use the services properly or as intended.
Service interruption caused by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Razorpay, etc.) beyond Botarly’s control.
Subscription services (if applicable) can be canceled anytime from the user’s account or by contacting support.
Cancellations will prevent future billing, but already charged fees will not be refunded.
Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method (via Razorpay).
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
